Dr. Nadine E. Franz

Dr. Nadine E. Franz is a career and workforce development consultant, executive and professional coach, and founder of APEX Career Services. With more than 20 years of experience spanning career and workforce development, organizational development, talent and leadership development, human resources, talent acquisition, coaching, organizational change, and program leadership, she brings a broad perspective to developing people, careers, talent, and workforce programs.

For 15 years, Dr. Franz has led APEX Career Services, partnering with executives, professionals, and organizations nationally and globally. Her work includes career development, career transition and outplacement, executive and professional coaching, talent and leadership development, workforce development, and organizational career development.

Prior to founding APEX Career Services, Dr. Franz held leadership and program roles across human resources, talent acquisition, workforce operations, and people management. This experience informs her approach to career and workforce development by connecting individual development with organizational priorities, talent strategy, workforce needs, and organizational change.

Her background combines consulting, coaching, program development and delivery, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise talent and human resources experience. She holds an Ed.D. in Learning & Organizational Change and an M.S. in Human Resource Development & Administration.
