“MY STORY”

My story is a lifelong journey that connects my path to my professional vocation. As an imigrant, woman, and minorty, I have experienced injustice in the workplace as well as in other areas of life, but I have always focused on the obstacle to overcome and not the injustice of the act. That has helped me develop what I like to call “empathy-inspired actions.” Empathy towards all the members of society involved in the act of discrimination helps remove the emotions and shift the mindest towards actions and solutions.

Through personal experience I have learned, in the way that only experience can teach, that favoritism towards particular candidates is systematic and that the “oppressor” may not know themselves that they are doing it or considering how it affects them. Without knowing, they are also victims in a different way. That is why I work to improve hiring practices and empowering individuals. I work with employers (employeers) and individuals (employees), because both members of the economic-social structure benefit through the DEI programs I have developed. I look forward to working with you!
